NC IINational Certificate

Training follows the TESDA Training Regulations for Contact Center Services NC II (IT-BPM Sector). Graduates are prepared for national assessment toward the NC II certificate and for work as Call Center Agent, Customer Service Representative, or Technical Support Representative — in an industry where the Philippines is a world leader. Reservations undergo initial assessment by the Registrar when new slots open.

Minimum Qualifications & Documentary Requirements

Check these before new slots open so you know in advance whether you qualify. Students, fresh graduates, and career shifters aiming for BPO work are all welcome.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old at the start of training (TESDA scholarship requirement)
  • High School graduate (or ALS completer)
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing — training and assessment are conducted in English
  • Physically and mentally fit (a medical certificate is required)
  • Of good moral character
  • May be asked to take a trainability / aptitude test during the Registrar's screening

Documentary Requirements

  • PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy; bring the original for verification)
  • Proof of educational attainment: Form 137/138, High School or SHS diploma, or ALS certificate
  • Two (2) passport-size ID photos, white background, with name tag
  • Barangay Clearance or Certificate of Residency
  • Medical Certificate (fit for training) from a licensed physician
  • One (1) valid government-issued ID (photocopy)

The Registrar confirms the final checklist during assessment; additional documents may be requested for TESDA scholarship processing.

  1. Communicate effectively in a customer contact center

    Clear, professional spoken and written English for inbound and outbound calls — grammar, pronunciation, active listening, and conversational fluency with customers.

  2. Deliver quality customer service

    Handling inquiries, complaints, and transactions end-to-end — service etiquette, empathy, problem resolution, and meeting quality and performance standards.

  3. Perform basic computer operation and internet navigation

    Working with contact-center tools — typing proficiency, ticketing and CRM navigation, email handling, and multitasking across applications while on a call.

  4. Demonstrate understanding of customer culture and geography

    Cultural awareness for international customers — including American culture and geography — so conversations are natural, respectful, and effective.
