Training follows the TESDA Training Regulations for PV Systems Installation NC II (Construction Sector). The October 2026 batch offers 25 scholarship slots — 15 through the efforts of Cong. Edwin M. Ongchuan of Northern Samar's Second Congressional District, and 10 counterpart slots from Dr. Raul C. Gacusan of Kanraul Builders Development Corporation as part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility program supporting Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicle (EV) adoption. Graduates are prepared for national assessment toward the NC II certificate and for work as Solar PV Installer or Solar PV Technician — a skill in growing demand as homes, businesses, and off-grid communities across the region shift to solar power. The exact October start date and schedule will be confirmed by the Registrar; reservations undergo initial assessment.
